We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
We usually close for lunch between 1:30 and 2:30 PM and take a break between 10:30 and 11 AM.
If we are not in the office or we are really busy you may get our answering machine - please leave a message!
New patients are always welcome in our practice. We usually take about 45 minutes on your first visit to discuss your concern, examine you and treat (if appropriate). To facilitate this time we set aside a couple of times during our day for new patients. We typically see new patients at 9:45 and at 2:30.
We therefore book our regular patients into 3 blocks of time, morning, noon, and later in the afternoon. We book like this because patients can easily fit us in to their busy days. Also, this way we don't often get too far behind - no waiting 45 minutes in our office!
We are proud that to date we have never billed for a late visit or a no show. Things happen to both you and to us to throw us off schedule. We think it's only fair that we accommodate this and that we can both help one another out.
We appreciate that your time is valuable. The downtown business environment is fast paced and time is money. We strive to stay on time! Sometimes though, things happen that throw us off. You come late because of a late meeting, you cancel because of a surprise last minute event at work, the bridges are plugged, etc. We will try to fit you in as best as possible, but you must understand that if you miss the time we have put aside for you, you are now infringing on the time someone else has booked - perhaps a month or two earlier.
To help you stay on time please do a few things to help us. Please call Carley if you are going to be late or can't come that day. The earlier we know the better for everyone. Please let her know if you have a new problem - treatment times are designed for previously diagnosed problems, new complaints take time to assess. Let's make sure we have the proper amount of time to give to your new problem. All it takes is a phone call.
Please utilize Carley to make sure that a time is put aside for you, and to help find new times if you need to change them.
